Flowers by the road

After yesterday's beaver I was hoping for more sightings the second morning, but I was a bit too late.

So I took some landscape pictures and then flowers by the lake. I like this even though the background has some bright reflections which are overexposed. These flowers seem to curl out for the night, then stretch back when the sun comes out. The things you learn when you get up early!

I will catch up on comments this weekend, as I have to post this while in town and I am making other people wait.
