Balls with Ice!

What a grey day!

We were on our way back home and stopped off to look at the balls and I realised how much ice there is still around.
When the balls were put into position a couple of years ago there was water fountains around them but the health and safety brigade got to the council and the fountains are no more! Only the lights around them in the evening.

Maybe I will do a evening blip another time.
