Twigs with Faces

We all had a bit of a lie-in this morning, it's the first time since Christmas that none of us have had to get up for something or other. After breakfast we took a drive to Tutbury and walked around the meadows at the base of the castle. I was amazed at how much snow there was. Got back to the car though without taking a single photo as it was cloudy and dull. We were parked next to a hedge and noticed that some of the knarled twigs looked as if they had 'faces'....!!

Back home now, pasta for a late lunch/early dinner and then it's swimming club at 6pm.
