Foggy Ginnel in Blackburn Town

It's a miserable as it looks out there! Ours is the first house on the left.

A man came rushing out of his house and asked if I was from the council. He was very nice and just wanted to tell someone about a problem he had with a neighbour's broken fence and rubbish blowing into his garden. We all live so close to each other here - no room to swing a wheelie bin.

I have to say, it is looking remarkably tidy at the moment. Usually it is full of bits of furniture, old bags of rubbish and paper. The council must have been round and cleaned it recently.
