Roast Quails in a mustard & homey glaze with garlic and rosemary new potatoes, honeyed carrots with cinnamon (slightly burnt) and runner beans in garlic and soy sauce.

Can't decide whether to go for a place on Masterchef , Come Dine With Me or any other of the numerous cheesy cook shows that exist. Of course it goes without saying that anything involving Ainsley Harriot is a complete no no .
