Dr and Herb

It's been an incredibly gloomy Sunday! (to be honest it all started to go wrong when we watched Marley and me last night)
My shoulder has been aching all week...all week I have been telling myself it is due to stress but despite a chilled weekend, massages and hot packsI can't seem to shift thise knots!
Only one person who can sort me out and its the bloke at Dr and herb. So went off to the temple of consumerism, drove through thick fog listening to depressing tributes to Whitney Houston who died yesterday apparently.
Dr and herb did their stuff for 12mins on my back and hopefully it will have done the trick.
If not I'll just have to put up with it and console myself with spaghetti and spicy meatballs...
