A Pancake Day

Not bad when you get a long lie and then there's fresh pancakes getting made for breakfast. Loved the look of concentration on Roo's face as she was spooning in the mixture. We got a mix of mini pancakes, shaped pancakes and my favourite, pan size pancakes! My job in all of this is to flip them and then leave the experts to it! :-)

Away to Coventry for a few days (sure there is a gag about being sent to Coventry here), so off to pack a bag. It might well be a few backblips for Monday and Tuesday!
