Stained glass at St Machar Cathedral

Despite studying in Aberdeen for four years (Hilton campus) and living in the North East for forty+, I'd never visited St Machar cathedral and had a proper look round Old Aberdeen... shame on me! However this morning we put that right... and as someone who loves stained glass I'm glad I have. What a beautiful building St Machar is. Northern Shores took some better blips than me but this is a panel from the window I liked most. I think it's a William Wilson one? (No relation!) The outside of the new Aberdeen University library looks a bit like stained glass too... but that's a blip for another time!
