First day teaching in the studio...
Today is another "first" day.
I was in the studio teaching my "first" class. They were a lovely bunch. I was slighly nervous, but it was only 10 students, so nice to manage. I also had the studio owner there and he was fantastic at putting me at ease! Just what you need when starting a new job.
The class was good fun, then went out on the afternoon walk to put all theory into practice. We went to Bray and up the Thames. The light was PERFECT for the group - beautiful blue skies and a great, crisp day.
This image was captured from the bridge looking over to the rowing club I believe. Favourite image from the day.
My Blips are going to become more photographic/artistic now as won't be solely relying on the iPhone and will have more opportunities to use the SLR. Hoorah!
The class finished at 4pm and I hung around the studio for an hour chilling really and talking shop. Great!
From there, went home to pick up Steve and went to one of his clients houses that he did a lot of work for. This is a special client as it is his work partners parents in law! When we arrived, they were so pleased with their work - PS Property Solutions - that they did a grand opening and had all their friends round!! We stayed there for the rest of the evening, log fire, few drinks and chilling with friends and their family. It was just a fab evening.
