By 9.50 am the cake I made last night was being demolished and lasted until about 2.30 pm. This is my contribution to The Cake Club at work which is a pretty good deal as, with 15 members, I only have to bake once every 15 weeks and in return I get homemade cake every week!

Lots of snow still on the ground and temperatures of around -5 C at night. Main roads are clear as they're nicely gritted for the cars. However, pedestrians = unimportant nobodies, therefore pavements=ice rinks.
