rainbow chard

I think it's technically just Swiss chard in a rainbow of colors (?), but rainbow chard sounds so much more fun! This was in my farmshare (I'm sure I'll have plenty of produce pictures thanks to my farmshare deliveries), and it's been a beautiful addition to my refrigerator until today. When it became part of my omelet. For dinner. Yep. Planning on having breakfast for dinner...or "brinner"...one of my favorite things.
