Lasagneeee

So, Saturday saw me make lasagne for the first time. This may not sound like a big deal, but considering I tend to cook quite a lot and consider myself quite astute in the kitchen, this was quite a big deal for me.

My thoughts on cooking lasagne: although it was very tasty and went down a treat, the amount of prep work that goes into it is a right ball ache and I can now see why my mum considers it a 'special occasion dish'.
