Chocolate and Ginger Cake

Well, as promised yesterday, here is the finished product. I must say the cake tasted really good and could even have done with a little bit more spice I reckon.

The chocolate glaze turned out not bad either although it was a little too sweet / milky for me. Next time I'll use a darker chocolate.
