On a clear day!

You could see for miles, but not today.

Even though I visit this spot at least once a day, sometimes twice when we are at home, I never really get tired with it. I try to get out early before breakfast so just after 8am we will be there and for as long as we want we can have a peaceful time at the start of our day. There are a few other like minded souls walking dogs but if you don't feel like talking then you just avoid everyone.

This is the view from the eastern side of Lamberts Castle where the valley drops away beneath you. On a good day you can see the Isle of Portland about 30 miles along the coast Today the sun has just about got up but still very and quiet and Jinxy and me have it to ourselves.
