The Road Not Taken

I would wager that even Robert Frost would not have taken this path, even though it is certainly less travelled than the one I took.

In fact this is shot just 50m from yesterdays effort, but gives a very different perspective on the river Severn.

Thank you enormously for all the lovely comments, messages and hearts for yesterday's blip. Although I fear I may owe you an apology, as I broke my own self imposed rule about not adding or taking away anything from the shot. I hope you will forgive me for, rather clumsily, cloning out a barbed wire fence from the bottom left of the shot.

Poppy is 'in season' whatever that means!?

This neccesitates walks along parts of the Severn away from other dogs.

Merryn took the opportunity to avail herself of various takeaway snacks which seemed to present to herself.

Consequently she was sick 5 times in the evening, only 2 of which were in the garden. She managed to produce so much that at one point I feared it was her own entrails spread over the carpet. More trials and tribulations!
