The recipe said....

...take large bar of chocolate (the really scrummy nice milk chocolate kind!!) and chop into small chunks! Seemed a bit of a sacrilege to chop up a perfectly good chocolate bar, which quite clearly only required a nice cup of tea to be perfect!! :o)
