Day 20: Efficiency

Away for the weekend so no training done, but I had just about managed to fit in all my planned hours for the week. The hire car had a nice wee readout where it would show the MPG which as you can see was 45.6.

I wonder what my MPG is? Would I relate it to the type of fuel or by calorific value? What ever it it, I would think that I would win!!!
