not a hot dog

Loads of dogs out today. I tried for several freezing minutes to blip a couple with a leash of dogs in Burberry jackets by a Hot Dog stand but, after dancing around like a nancy looking highly suspicious, I gave up. Then I found this little shivering fella. Should I buy him a hot dog or is that cannibalism?
