One Day

God bless One Up Records. My favourite independent record store - not only do they stock a great range of music, they have also been 100% behind the community campaign to save Union Terrace Gardens from the very start.

Great to see them unfurl this banner last week :) We can see it from our office window. Took a wander over there today (no "connectivity" issues), walking right past a branch of a major music chain store in an identikit shopping mall owned by a fund based in a tax haven and bought myself the new Twilight Sad CD (and an Admiral Fallow one while I was at it) in a local business that's part of the community. Long may it be so.

P.S. Remember a couple of days ago I blipped the guys from One Day Removals when they were making a wee video? Well its online now if you want to watch it - but be warned its the ODR guys so there are sweary words ;-)
