Lunch time walk

I've had a busy few days at work. I managed to escape for a walk at lunchtime round the crag which is behind our office. It's a nice way to take a break. On one half there's the motorway and nice views of the castle and the Wallace monument. The other half is more peaceful view over farmland and Ben Lomond in the distance (I nearly blipped that actually but there wasn't enough snow on it so it just wasn't pretty enough).

Tonight was BodyPump and now I am about to get tuck in to Col's bolognaise - might even manage to fit in some more of the sticky toffee cake I blipped yesterday!
