Almost Home

Yet another hectic day, travelled to South Shields for a physical session on the mat, back home and a bite to eat and then prepare to travel to Hartlepool to coach a couple of sessions. The photo was taken from the car whilst I was driving home from South Shields through Castle Eden, I like this bit of the journey because I am just minutes from home.
