Day 22: Torture Implement Number 2
Where the foam roller can't reach, a more hands on approach is needed. I'm lucky enough that my partner has recently trained in massage therapy / the art of torture.
Apparently everyone has their own way of showing pain. Some people whimper, some cry and some giggle. Which am I?
