Art or Vandalism?
The last remaining groundskeepers hut at Stanley Royd Hospital wears it's youthful colourscheme with a touch of elan.
The roof tiles stolen, long ago, the structure is no longer a place for gardeners to hide from the weather or weekend sportsmen to change their clothes.
So some young aerosolist has chosen to state his [or her] case upon it's decaying brickwork. What does it mean? You decide.
All I know is, the shipping containers, placed along side higgledy-piggledy remain unpainted. Their green blocky sides are no match for the victorian shed as a canvas, with no brick and rafters to counterpoint the coloured swirls.
The pigeons don't much like the containers either, nowhere to sit.
