Footsteps in the Snow

Our wonderfully reliable Resident Weather Witch being on form, the rain didn't start until after we finished a circular walk round Wickham Market and were happily esconced in ther Farm Cafe.

At some other point I will rant and rave about how the car-centric focus of highway building meant that ther A12 slashed across dozens of footpaths without carer or interest, and most particularly without providing any alternative way across. This means that innocent walkers have to take their lives in their hands just to continue their walk.
