Arum Manis...
or cotton candy..
it's sooo sweet and yumm..
Arum Manis is a snack made from basic ingredients of flour and sugar are given coloring. Traditional snacks have been circulating for generations, and certainly well liked. We called it Arum Manis, because it smells and tastes sweet.
The manufacturing process is also somewhat complicated. Starting with the granulated sugar mixed with vegetable oil, which is then heated until the clot. Dye (red) was added to the sugar that is heated, then mixed with flour dough.
This dough clumps of pulled fibers continue to form. Now that the last process is the most difficult, requiring special expertise, and extra energy. So that the resulting fibers is more subtle and more.
Arum Manis crush crackers are usually served in a flour that is also colorful and packed in plastic bags. Differences with the use of cotton candy bars for the handle.
