Karin's Hen Weekend

I took my camera but it was far too big to take out to the bars etc so I just took photo's of other folks photo's off the laptop!

Got up early and did some last minute shopping for leaving for Edinburgh for 2pm!

Missed my train so got there half an hour after everyone else, so jumped into a wee taxi to the hotel, which was pretty nice. When I arrived the fun had already begun in preparation for our cocktail making class.

During the class I made a cosmo which was much more complicated than first thought and a joker which was nice and sour. we also got to make shooters the one I picked tasted like a mint aero! And I managed to make it separate!

We all stayed for a couple more drinks then headed back to the hotel to get ready for dinner at the Living Room which was really tasty. We then had a few quiet drinks the headed home for a pyjama party as we were saving ourselves for the Saturday night!
