Kiss It Better

Today in 1852 the Hospital for Sick Children first opened it's doors at 49 Great Ormond Street London. Every year in Feb they hold their Kiss It Better Appeal.

We needed to get out into the fresh air today. And there is no better place to blow the cobwebs away than New Brighton. They have almost completed the work on upgrading the promenade and have overall have made a very good job of it.

This is the bulker Clara entering the Mersey with her attendant SMIT tug.
