A day in the big smoke!

Had to go and visit one of my customers today, nice to have a day out of the office and to put faces to names/voices at the end of a phone but London really takes it out of you!

I think it's because us westcountry folk are used to a slower pace of life that visiting a big city always comes as such a shock. I'm always amazed at the sheer volume of people all hurrying to get to their destination all at the same time, it's certainly not something I could live with on a daily basis.

Tonight's pic was certainly a welcome sight, leaving the underground to catch the train from Paddington for the return home.
