Snow dust

We haven't got as much of the white stuff down here as other parts of Sussex so I could only take a snap of a light dusting on the way to work.

I made the cookies when I got home and am very pleased to report that they turned out really well - nice and think and chewy with a good amount of chocolatey goodness and the mixture made loads.
