Bleedin' Heart

It's Valentines Day....I haven't committed some 'Dexter-like' barbarism this is in fact a picture of the steaks that Mrs.P and I will sit down to eat later. Hers is the Ribeye (left ventricle), mine is the Fillet (right ventricle)....we will be washing it down with some nice Chianti and fava beans!
