Tourist

had a fun day being a tourist in Liverpool. We have a friend from Germany staying for the weekend, so obviously, she needed to see Liverpool at its best. In the pouring rain. Bummer par excellence.

A very entertaining tour around town on the Yellow Duck. We sought refuge in the Walker Art Gallery, which was no real problem. Highlight had to Ben Johnson's amazing Liverpool Cityscape.

Then off to see the Cathedrals. This is Hope St - with a Cathedral at either end. That's the Anglican one you can see in the distance. I'm standing on the steps of the RC version.

And its raining again as I type this.
