Plasma ball

We went to a science centre today with our good friends Moyna and Livvy. The kids had lots of fun and Moyna and I tried to explain the sciency bits to them but no-one really listened!

We then went to McDs had healthy salad for lunch and came back here for more playing and chatting.
This evening Ross and I had more healthy salad Chinese takeaway and now we're watching School of Rock.
I will be going to the gym for a very long time tomorrow!
