A Perfect Day...

.....the sunshine has been incredible these last few days....Assynt is bone dry whilst big chunks of the UK are getting lashed with rain. I liked this shot of the weedy loch taken at about 9pm this evening.

Anyhoo......road trip to Durness today. Great family trip to the beach, picnic in the wild flower meadow and then a cup of the ultimate hot chocolate in the most remote chocolate bar in Europe....at least that how they describe themselves!!

On the way home I saw my first eagle flying up the Kyle of Durness.......pure magic.
