Memories

Having a dust round today and a rearrange of things, these three are from my last unit 24 Tpt & Mov Regt RCT in Hannover,West Germany as it was when I got there ... two years later the wall came down and the process of unification of Germany began.
Right in the middle of my time there some idiot called Hussein decided to invade Kuwait and a whole new adventure began ... didn't impress me much as it really interupted my rugby season ...
Point is funny how objects can trigger the memories though smells can be far more evocative even now I can't stop the flood of emotions that fresh pine triggers ...
