Crosses
As I said before, Montreal is a city build on religion now shadowed by business institutions. As I was taking an evening walk on René-Lévesque boulevard, I came across the Archdiocese's Cathedral, Marie-Reine-du-Monde. The statues (representing the 13 patron saints of the parishes which form the diocese of Montréal) guard it, or more precisely guard its cross on the roof. Just behind it, I thought I could perceive a second cross on the façade of a different kind of building.
This is in my view a horrid picture, I can see the grain or more specifically the pixels a mile away. My camera is out of whack, I think my artistic touch is too.
Hopefully I will make sense of both soon.
