Sign of a good neighbourhood

A neighbourhood book exchange? It's the sign of a great neighbourhood, and we found it minutes from our door (and it's not even a bit vandalised).

There is a lack* of soppy valentine cards around here, as I was told this morning- the best thing about today is its only 7 days until pancake day! I have to agree now we are living in the land of maple syrup I can't wait for next week!




*This was a decoy, a card has since been presented along with a lovely home cooked meal! I am very impressed and was so shocked that I later electrocuted myself, but that's another story...
