Time to wake up in an Edinburgh Bee Hive

Today is the day for my neighbours bees to come out into the gentle sunshine. I am so pleased to see them, after all the storms this winter-thought it might have been too much for them. These are no ordinary bees-they live in a bespoke bee hive designed by my clever neighbour. The brown marks that you can see on the porch of the hive is bee poo. This is the first thing that they do when they come out of the hive, after the long winter.
