Book week

My little boy was off school most of last week due to the flu so I'm a little behind with school matters. Just received a text from the school reminding parents to dress their child as their favourite book character. It seems they want children to dress up every other week, it's a nightmare! Due to lack of costumes and money to buy anything Hallam will go as Horrid Henry albeit it in a slightly incorrect outfit. Oh well, at least he can just go in regular clothes!

On more positive note I have just received news from my other half that we are finally getting a new mattress, there's only so many times you can be poked by a spring!
