Just trying stuff on elements still.
Been working out every day (or 5 days a week) for 3 weeks. I am back on track. I have been saying this for months but I finally did instead of just say.
Instead of saying it just go do it.
Its a great Nike ad but the reality is you become set in your ways. It's hard to make change. Its easy to make excuses.
So I am trying very hard to be positive and in the now.
