Speed Dating

We had a 3 hour staff meeting at work today.

One of the tasks we were given was to 'speed date'* colleagues with whom we don't work closely or come into daily contact - to find out more about what they do, what aspects of their work they're most enthusiastic about and how we might work more closely together in future to achieve our organisational goals. Or something like that...

Actually it was quite fun!


*For purposes of workplace probity the exercise was named 'Speed Relating'!
