46/366 - Promegranate

Whist I have had Pomegranate pre-prepared.... I have never bought one to prepare myself. I had seen that a good way to get the seeds out was to hit the back of it with a spoon. This only seemed to get a few out so I had to resort to ripping it to shreds! :o)

This year I have made a promise to myself that I will eat more fruit and veg including things I haven't tried before. Let's see how I get on.
