Where Are Your Trade Union?

For those who can't quite read what it says, see above.

Seen this on the Concert Hall in Glasgow today.

Seems to be written on in, of all things, yellow chalk.

Also, I think it should be where is, not where are. Since trade union is singular.

Right? I am qualified to the tune of a 'B' grade in Higher English! :D
