...by the skin of the teeth!!!

The Perth YMCA had to raise £300K by 5pm at the very latest today to raise the funds to operate The Living Life Project in Perth through the new government Social Investment Fund. This is a massive undertaking with fantastic objectives to help some of the most disadvantaged young folk in our communities. If they had received £299K it was game over - the last £155K was raised from about 7 or 8 different sources today!!! The last evidence of this was faxed to the Department of Work & Pensions with only minutes to spare! Fantastic!!
