Roll away the Stone :o)

This is the View I got this morning when I arrived in Seaford a little early for work at around 8.11am.

There were lots of Dump Trucks, Tractors, Diggers etc moving all the stones around on the Beach.
The purpose for this I do not know, but I'm sure there are people out there who know the answer.
