A tart for valentines

Was quite proud of this tart, that I made for S yesterday. Was served after my white wine and mushroom risotto. It contains strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and soft brown sugar, with roasted hazelnuts on top. My first attempt with balsamic vinegar in a pudding, but it was (if I may say so myself) delicious, and I would recommend it to anyone. Overall a good, romantic day.
