Celebrative mood!

Yesterday, my Pinay friend and neighbor surprised me with 3 dozen jumbo XXXL freshly laid eggs (mostly double yolk) at my front door! I thought I'd bake some coconut macaroons, (the kind with the custardy base) as I was overly stressed with work-related matters. A baking frenzy was a good distraction to keep the tension away.

Today, just after lunch, I got word that my work was audited and passed with flying colors! The auditors were so impressed that they will showcase my work for other facilities to adapt as a system template that works!

And because I am elated with the news, I baked 4 loaves of mocha cake as I am in a celebrative mood! Yeah baby!
