A Goody night

This was taken during the studio recording of a new tv show (The Unbelievable Truth) at the Channel 7 Studios in Sydney.

Basically I went along because Graeme Garden (of Goodies fame) was on the panel - and how could I turn down a chance to see him, on the show that he created? I'm sure plenty of people in the audience went to see the Chaser boys but I did spot an 'Anything Anytime" shirt or two in the audience.

All right, I'll be honest - EVERYBODY in the audience was there to see Graeme. The Chaser lads knew they couldn't compete.

Grabbed a photo while the crew were taking publicity shots (as is probably obvious) of Graeme, Andrew Hansen and Craig Whatsiname (sorry Craig!) of the Chaser. And Merrick. I have a Panasonic Lumix compact which I carry around in my handbag all the time (for work purposes) so I fished it out and went slightly bananas.

Am curious to see how the final broadcast looks. I have a bit of an aversion to Channel 7 and commercial channels generally - hey, but so do the Chaser team to judge by the cracks they made! - so I'm biased into thinking it would be better on the ABC. But I'm happy! I got to see Graeme!!
