Smoke on the water

I was just nipping to the Post Office when I spotted this fantastic scene as I crossed the bridge. After buying a couple of stamps I brought the children back.

Someone was having a bonfire right next to the River Gwash.

Some local children who my boys knew, stopped and asked what I was taking photos of... "Ah.... nature" said one of them all-knowingly :-)
