Customer Service!

Ok, I cheaped out on Valentines dayand went to a supermarket cos we're skint, but still... the roses I bought my lovely wife were looking more than a bit dead after a mere 3 days, so I popped back to our local M flavoured grocers to have a word with the customer services chap. Thankfully the store manager was a huge amount more helpful that the customer services donut and I left with not one, but two fresh bunches to replace the original one.

So, score one for good customer relations.
