Automation everywhere.
A few years ago anything automated was foreign, novel, to everyone. Now I find myself putting my hand under faucets or waving them in front of towel dispensers expecting them to deliver the goods. Funny how quick we adapt.
Today I heard a man talking to this very unit exclaiming "WTF?" when it decided not to operate.
He must not use this bathroom often, for the unit has been broken, holding onto it's precious cargo of towels, for months.
I could be a good samaritan and call the facilities people to deliver the news, but the last time I did they were about as friendly as this machine. Grumpily saying okay and hanging up.
